MAF's Australia Series 12 Ep:1 - 03032025 Hello there, Rick and I have watched MAF's from the first Season, we order Aussie Snacks and each year we set the date for when it is going to be hitting the screens in the UK. This Year we have Kayty with us, this is not James's thing just yet, you would just be watching him falling asleep in his Podcast Chair! 🤣💤 It was really interesting to see Kayty's reactions, Kayty too is ASD/ADHD and, well, she says it how it is, no filter, the thing is is she is usually right! Let us know what you think in the comments about the first episode (please no spoilers, we want to keep our reactions real) this seasons editing is different, none of the Hens/Bucks Nights in full, glimpses of Brides and Grooms, the Wedding vows intertwined and the Weddings/Receptions are also a new take, The MAF's Australia Producers and Production team are really keeping us "hooked" in from the very start! There's a reason it's watched Worldwide, and pulls top ratings every year. We have not watched or read anything, we have swiped away all the Social Media Posts and Notifications, they know we watch, they have been trying to hook us in to "Spoilers" for Weeks now! (Please no spoilers in the comments, we want to keep our reactions real) We are watching on Catch up so that we can stop and chat, we took 3.5hrs to Watch the Show! Kayty worked throughout the early hours editing and got it down to a 20min Video, well done little one👌 (She's always been night owl and does her best work in the middle of the night and early hours of the Morning) Anyway on with the Show! Let's get Married at First sight or as it seems at Second Sight on this Season. Lauren, we are curious about the Trad Wife and how long this has been a theme in her life, no doubt being the first Bride we saw there's bound to be some twists in this Season, her Sisterly relationship is really coming up trumps, yah. No doubt Lauren and Jamie are going to get along like a house on fire, or not! 🤣 Will Eliot be just another "Wet Fish" we are invested now. Awhina, you will find Love and you are worthy beautiful, we look forward to seeing how it pans out.💗 Jake's a bit of a sleeper, we are interested to see who he is matched with and what sort of dark horse he turns out to be. Eliot, what can we say a "classic Hollywood" (if you have seen our Playlists, it's talked about on one of our episodes) his non negotiable list in a Partner is probably nothing short of 1000 bullet points, impossible, well from the looks of tonight's episode, he has packed his bags and he's off to see the experts, tell them where THEY went wrong and demand a new Wife! Every Season needs the "oh whaaaaattttttt, noooooooooooooo" reactions and it seems our first Married couple have fulfilled that instant drama for us all. Katie, just go for it, you might or might not find love on the show, however you are worthy of being loved and good enough just as you, you keep doing you beautiful. Carina and Paul, wow that was unexpected and they could work, they have a little background on each other already, the French and Italian backgrounds could mash together nicely, (creamy escargot tagliatelle, someone please cook that, let me know how it turns out! Name it the "Manda Frelian special") we will wait and see, it's looking like "Love blossoms the second time around" they will need to put the Work in and having Maf's drama's playing out, everyone else chiming in on their previous meeting will no doubt stir the pot, hopefully they are a solid team before all that plays out, we think it's meant to be, we were impressed he went and chatted to her Parent's about the situation, show's courage and taking personal responsibility for his choices at the time and that's a good quality for any person, we will wait and see how this pans out, we are secretly wanting them to work outside of the experiment.
